MarOps Lab is the independent marketing operations and AI strategy practice of Osama Tahir, based in Dublin, Ireland. For the purposes of data protection law, Osama Tahir is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

What data we collect
When you submit a form on this website or on any MarOps Lab landing page, we collect the email address you provide. In some cases, we may also collect your name if included in the form.

We collect your email address to send you the resource you requested, and to send follow-on practitioner insights related to marketing operations, HubSpot, and AI strategy.

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you submitted the form.
How we store your data
Your data is stored securely inside HubSpot CRM. HubSpot acts as our data processor and may store data on servers in the United States and the European Union. We also use Microsoft Clarity to better understand how visitors use our website and landing pages. Microsoft Clarity may collect usage data such as pages viewed, clicks, scroll behavior, device information, and approximate location data. How long we keep your data
We retain your contact information for as long as you remain an active subscriber or engaged contact. If you have not engaged with any communication from MarOps Lab for twenty-four months, your data will be reviewed and deleted unless there is an ongoing relationship that requires us to retain it.
