I’m Osama Tahir. I work on the systems behind the commercial process.
I run MarOps Lab from Dublin, working directly with B2B teams and consultancies on CRM, data, lifecycle, automation and defined AI workflows.
I bring more than six years in B2B marketing operations and revenue systems, most recently as Associate Director, Marketing Operations at 2X.
I want to stay close enough to build the change.
The part of this work I value most is tracing a business question into something the team can actually use: what a qualified account means, who should respond to an enquiry, or what information someone needs before making a decision.
Those choices have to survive the detail of CRM properties, workflows, integrations and everyday use. MarOps Lab is how I keep responsibility for that connection, from understanding the problem to implementing and checking the change.
AI gives me more ways to approach the work. It also gives me more to test: the context a workflow receives, the quality of its output and the point where a person needs to decide.
Direct involvement, through the decisions and the build.
You work with the person who is designing and implementing the change. I work through the requirements with you, make the important choices explicit and test the result against what we agreed it should do.
The work can be a defined project or senior capacity within a team. Either way, the aim is to leave the changed system understandable and maintainable by the people responsible for it.
